Scotmid is a Co-operative Society, a business that it is owned and operated by its members and every member is entitled and encouraged to play a part.
We are currently holding Active Member meetings in the East and West regions, with members who have told us that they’d like to get more involved with Scotmid. If you have let us know that you are interested in becoming an Active Member, our Membership and Community Team will invite you along to your next local meeting. If you are interested but haven’t received an invite, give us a call on 0131 335 4433 because we’d love to see you there.
Attending Active Member meetings can let you play a key role in our Society and participation can act as a stepping stone to becoming part of a Regional Committee and possibly, the Board of Directors.
Meetings like these are an opportunity to discover more about Scotmid Co-operative, meet and chat with representatives from Scotmid’s Membership and Community team and find out how you can play an active role in developing Scotmid’s activities in your community. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask open or one to one questions about the Society.
